A pilot project, in partnership with Erskine, to run Shoulder to Shoulder, a mentoring programme in Scotland for veterans recovering from mental health issues and their immediate family members.

A FiMT commission to research and build a detailed picture of the information, advice and guidance networks available to the serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces Community.

A grant award by FiMT enabled TRBL to double the survey size of a piece of its recently published Household Survey which was launched in November 2014.

A piece of research in to data sharing and usage among those organisations involved with the Armed Forces community (including public and third sectors). This research was carried out in the North East of England by the University of Newcastle and is due to be complete early in 2015. Read the report and the press release.

A piece of research (being undertaken by the Centre for Mental Health) and the production of an employer toolkit aimed at the successful employment of veterans with mental health problems.

Research in to the efficacy of self-build, self-help projects for veterans who have experienced difficulties in transition.

A series of challenges to assist Wounded, Injured and Sick veterans in transition including sailing, mountain biking, flying, Walk on Wales and a trek to the South Pole.

To produce an iOS app for beneficiaries to access the full functionality of the BWW website. The app is complete and was launched at the end of April 2014.

A 3-year pilot/employment project for veterans in Birmingham and Wolverhampton starting in September 2013. In September 2014 Roland Elcock House was completed in Wolverhampton.

Randomised Control Trial of the Warrior Programme: an evaluation of the type of intervention offered by the Warrior Programme to those who need extra support during transition.
