New film highlights transition from the military to civilian life.
Our new short film, One Transition, Many Lives, brings to life some of the key issues from our research by QinetiQ and RAND Europe on the transition from military to civilian life through the individual lived experiences of four former Service personnel.

Their stories show that transition is more than a single event or end of service exercise. They highlight the value of earlier preparation, involving families directly, and making sure information and support are easy to find, understand and use.
They also illustrate why a good transition is an investment in the whole of the Armed Forces and wider society – and supporting it is a shared responsibility.
