Congratulations to Cleveland Police for winning the Working Together Award and to the wonderful finalists East Lancashire NHS Trust and Barratt Redrow for their collaborative work supporting the Armed Forces community. Collaboration is vital to making the transition of every military person and family member into civilian life successful. The finalists this year were particularly fantastic in their focus on ensuring that their collaborative work had impact and we are pleased to once again give this award to a deserving winner.
